- My workout almost killed me today! But that's a good thing I guess! I ran a mile on the treadmill, and then I did the Tabata workout from Supreme 90 Day. My legs felt like jello when I was done.
- I got a new watch. I lost my old one, which could be a blessing in disguise since it beeped randomly, and it was annoying.
- I don't have work tomorrow! I am officially done with camp, which is soooooo exciting!
Lows:
- I gained a pound. I lost a pound a couple days ago, but I gained it back this morning. Must have been from the Chinese food and candy I ate yesterday. Yeesh.
